Senior Product Manager Customer Acquisition/ Marketing (m/f/d)

An exciting task awaits you with us


You define and execute the product strategy for Cluno’s customer acquisition efforts. As Senior Product Manager Customer Acquisition/ Marketing (m/f/d), you will interact with our Marketing department (Performance Marketing, CRM and Brand) and the rest of our Growth team to leverage all of our acquisition channels. Based on our Cluno brand, you will drive the operational product delivery for web and App as key member of a cross-functional team. Your tasks in detail:

  • Define strategy and roadmap for our web and App based products on the customer acquisition area, maximizing monetization through marketing channels
  • Take full ownership of the product, the prioritisation of new features and enhancements to existing features
  • Specify user stories and product features, determine business value, priorities and MVPs and provide acceptance for delivered product
  • Identify customer behaviours and needs through research and analysis on the upper funnel of the customer journey working with Marketing and Data Science
  • Work with designers, developers and other stakeholders to deliver great product increments, fast

You bring this with you as Senior Product Manager Customer Acquisition/ Marketing (m/f/d)

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, working primarily in large-scale consumer app and web products on growth-oriented projects
  • Strong subject matter expertise in marketing technology, especially in the mechanisms of performance marketing
  • Experience running A/B tests specifically for traffic projects, and understand best practices for gathering accurate, actionable results
  • Good understanding of UX and UI design
  • Great teammate enjoying collaboration across multiple disciplines
  • Highly motivated and flexible individual with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful and timely delivery
  • Excellent German and English skills
