The Role

At Vimcar, we are beginning to rapidly scale our sales organisation. With a proven track-record in B2B sales, you are leading a team of account managers distributed throughout Germany engaging with prospects for our fleet management SaaS solution. You provide both strategic and hands on sales leadership in this exciting growth period.

  • In collaboration with VP Sales, scale predictable models for consistent training and development as well as a customer-first culture for your team.
  • Experiment with and implement new ways of engaging with prospects to increase win rates and provide an amazing full-cycle customer experience, including customer success management.
  • Manage effective outbound and inbound sales procedures, funnel management, lead generation and distribution best practices to drive impactful results.
  • Engage frequently with our Marketing and Product teams to further evolve our product and communication strategy to continually improve upon our product-market fit.
  • Identify hiring needs and work closely with our talent acquisition team in signing the hungriest sales force in DACH.

Your Profile

  • + years of proven sales success in exceeding goals within a high-growth startup environment, preferably in a B2B SaaS context
  • 3 + years of experience in leading & developing a team to achieve high performance
  • You’re pragmatic. While we want you to provide strategic direction, you should also be ready to get your hands dirty alongside the team.
  • You’re a data-driven sales leader familiar with MRR driven business models and prefering to discuss on the basis of facts rather than just gut feeling. You enable your team to anticipate opportunities in a fast changing environment and coach them for performance.
  • You are outgoing. You love bringing people together. You’re excited about building connections, within and outside of the office. You excel at leading through influence.
  • While you can work from anywhere in Germany, you are willing to frequently travel to customers and team members or join us at our office in Berlin.
  • Business fluent in German and advanced English, additional languages are a plus.
